+ Be clear about what you want

If there is a particular experience you are looking for, just ask! There is nothing you can ask for that we haven’t heard before, so there is no need to be shy or embarrassed. We want you to have the time of your life, so make sure you let us know what you want! Don’t forget, our managers are here to help. If there’s a particular type of lady, or a specialised service, that you’re looking for, the manager may be able to assist with recommendations.

+ Be respectful to the ladies

Our ladies are here to make sure you have a great time, but if you’re rude or unkind to them, you might just find that they won’t want to proceed with your booking. Remember: you’re not here to find a girlfriend – you might just find that a lady who isn’t exactly your physical type might just have a blow-your-mind kind of service! Don’t forget, whilst we have a rotating roster of around 40 ladies, we’re only allowed to have eight on shift at once – so if there’s no one available that suits your desires, have a chat with the manager... she’ll be able to advise you on who else might be a good choice for you, and when they’ll next be available.

+ Wait times

If it’s a peak time of day, you may have to wait a short while to meet our beautiful ladies. Whilst we don’t want to keep you waiting for too long, it may be a few minutes before the ladies become available and while we know this can be frustrating, remember, behind the scenes our managers are doing all they can to get the ladies in to see you. You are always welcome to ask the manager to move you into the Lounge, where you can watch TV and have a coffee while you wait. And don’t forget to take a look in the foyer where we have a cabinet full of toys and lingerie…you might just find a little something to take your booking to the next level!

+ Do the ladies undergo any sexual health testing?

Yes! It is a requirement for all sexual service providers in Queensland to undergo sexual health checks with a GP or sexual health clinic every three months. Ladies are not permitted to work in any brothel without a sexual health certificate.

+ Does it matter if I have an STI?

Yes! The ladies do a visual health check of each client prior to beginning any service. If they have any concerns they may ask for a second check from another service provider, or from a manager. The sexual health of our service providers is paramount, so they will not proceed with a client who appears to have an STI. If this is the case, you will be offered an alternate service from the lady, that doesn’t involve sex, or you can opt to terminate the booking.

+ Are the rooms cleaned between each booking?

Absolutely. There are strict guidelines for the disinfection of rooms and linen, and all service providers and staff are trained in these procedures.

+ Do I have to use condoms, and do you provide them?

Yes and Yes! It is an offence under the Prostitution Licensing Act to ask for or to receive sexual services without protection. This applies to all sexual contact. Pentagon Grand provides all types of protection, free of charge.

+ Can I pay extra to go natural?

No, and please don’t ask. Our ladies value their health and safety, and will not undertake any services without protection. Also, it is an offence under the Act to do so.

+ Can I make bookings with the ladies outside of Pentagon Grand?

No, please don’t ask the ladies for the phone numbers, or to see them privately outside of the establishment. It puts them in an uncomfortable position, and may affect any likelihood of them booking with you again in the future.

+ What if I bump into a lady in public?

If this happens, please be respectful and don’t approach her. The majority of service providers have friends and family who do not know what they do, and approaching her could put her in a compromising position. If you want to spend more time with a lady, give us a call and make a booking, but please don’t approach her in public.
